Shooting Workout Program Overview

  • Session #1: Private workout focusing on individual shot construction and development.
  • Sessions #2, 3, 4: Small group workouts (2-3 players) aimed at fine-tuning form, locking and relaxing, drilling, and extending shooting range.
  • Sessions #5, 6, 7: Up-tempo workouts (2-3 players) focusing on shooting, movement & footwork, creating space, and pro-level drills.
  • Sessions #8, 9, 10: Elite group workouts (4-6 players) incorporating the Mamba series, speed variation, control, and the Sharp Shooter series.
